At Herbadose, customer satisfaction is a priority. We strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

1. Eligible Cases for Refund

Refunds will be processed only in the following scenarios:

(a) If the order is cancelled by the customer before it has been shipped.

(b) In cases where the product could not be delivered due to:

  • The customer refusing to accept the delivery.
  • The customer being unavailable during the stipulated delivery attempts by our logistics partner.
  • Incorrect or unreachable delivery address.

For cases under (b), the refund will be initiated only after the product is received back from our logistics partner.


2. Refund Process

  • All refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • For orders paid via credit/debit card, the amount will be refunded to the same card within 8–9 business days after we receive the product back.
  • For payments made through net banking, the refund will be credited to the same bank account within 8–9 business days after receipt.

3. Important Notes

  • Refunds are not applicable for opened or used products.
  • In case of any queries related to delivery, customers are requested to contact us within 7 days of the delivery date for resolution.
